How do I receive my purchase?
Purchases are delivered to your account automatically as soon as payment clears. You do not need to be online.
What is your refund policy?
When you make a purchase, you acknowledge that all purchases are final. We cannot provide a refund under any circumstances.
I didn't get my purchase — what now?
Open a ticket in our Discord and include your in-game name. We will sort it out.
Do I need to be online to buy?
No. Enter your username at checkout and everything is waiting for you next time you log in.
